30 + Hp is a conservative number with the full system! You will yield more based on what modifications you have. Expect the boost to come in sooner and yield a better throttle responce. BEING THAT WE MAKE THESE IN HOUSE, WE CAN OFFER YOU MANY OPTIONS. Downpipe: Our 3" downpipe has a large 3.7" opening. Due to the larger mouth we make it in two pieces. It is poor practice to expand a pipe right at the bend, reason being is that during the mandrel bending process, the pipe is stretched which causes it to thin out. When you expand it to fit the flange, you expand it even more which causes the pipe to crack from the heat and the added stress of a cat etc. We use 3" tubing anything bigger is just for bragging rights unless you go with a GT40 and up size turbo which means you will need a 100% custom downpipe. System break down with options: Stage I: Downpipe, catback 4" double wall tip. - $500 Stage IIA: Downpipe, Magnaflow Resonator, Catback with Tip. - $600 Stage IIB : Downpipe, catback with polished Dynomax rear muffler and 4" doublwall Tip. - $600 STAGE III : Downpipe, Catback with Magnaflow Resonator and Dynomax polished rear muffler with 4" double wall tip. This is our most quite system we have available and with a cat its even quiter! - $700 Muffler: We love magnaflow but we passed on it here for the muffler. We contacted dynomax to make us a custom muffler round muffler that was small enough to put in the rear yet bring down the sound levels. We also went with the bling bling affect and had it highly polished! Resonator: We are now using magnaflow resonators in the middle. This is one of the most quite resonators we have used yet it flows like a beast! Flanges: We stepped up the quality of the system and went ahead with the better 2 bolt flanges which offer better clearance than the 3 bolt flanges and Unlike the OEM slipfit setup, it wont leak. Anti-sway system: The factory muffler is anchored on the left and right side. If you delete your muffler your exhaust will swing left and right. Our full system has hangers built in that will prevent your exhaust from swaying. HIGHFLOW CATS We use OBDII compliant metallic cats. These cats WILL pass a sniffer test unlike imported metallic cats which lack the precious metals in it which will cause it to fail a sniffer test. With the stock turbo, you will notice very little in power lost.
