CHECK OUT PRICE WILL BE EDITED ON OUR END, WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER MANUALLY.

We decided to put together an affordable bolt on FMIC in one days time. :) We were very suprised with our end results! Don't confuse the pricing with quality! Being that we bend are own tubing and that we dont do much wholesales, we can offer you a great price. A vendor has to charge x amount for a unit that way he can wholesale it to his vendor. If he charges to cheap, his vendor wont sell his product because there is not much mark up on the unit.

Design:

We got the largest core we could fit in there with out having to hack up anything. We went with a 31x8x3 unit. Using the correct size tubing on the hot side, we were able to get the car to spool almost as fast as the stock setup!

Our hotside tubing is routed different than all the units currently available. This yields us about 40% or so less plumbing which also adds to the quicker spool up times. On the hotside we added an extra bend where it goes over the engine that way there is space for those who plan on changing to a different manifold. The pipe also sits high off the turbo.

Results:

At 5500 RPM the MS3 started to run flat on us with the stock unit on. With our fmic kit installed the car would pull right up to redline! We are yet to dyno it but if you owned an SRT4 Neon and have installed one of our beast intercoolers before, this feels pretty simular to that upgrade!

What you get:

The kit consists of the Front Mount intercooler, powdercoated tubing, silicon, clamps and a flange for the stock Surge valve. We have adapters if you want to place an HKS on the unit.

Simple install:

The system fits clean with no cutting of anything. The lower engine splash guard goes in nice with no droop. The powersteering cooler is taken off its brackets and moved further back about 1". This provides enough space for the FMIC. The only modification you will need to do is to drill two small holes into the upper bumper support to support the intercooler straps.

If you dont have a simple drill then run to our sister company, HOME depot ( :) )and get your self a Ryobi for $40 and a 1/16" drill bit. Or better yet, borrow your neighboors.
