Business Policy:
All parts on our site are for off-road use only except for repair parts such as flex sections, OEM replacement catalytic converters and hardware.
As with any racing activity, there are risks at performance modifications. All installations are at the customers own risk. Exhaust Depot holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are legal in California only for racing vehicles which may never be used upon a highway.
REFUND POLICY:
We only do a full 100% refund on off the shelf items like resonators etc which have not been shipped. Once an item is shipped it has a 25% restocking fee. Custom exhaust systems etc are made to order and a 25% cancle fee will be charged.
RETURNING ITEMS:
No returns without a RMA (return material authorization). 25% restocking fee applies to orders which are canceled such as custom parts we started to fabricate for you and items that are returned. We do not accept returns on items which have been used, installed, modified or welded such as mufflers, resonators, flanges etc. No return on electronics.
Manufacturers warranty only.
SHIPPING REFUNDS:
We do not refund shipping for any reason nor do we pay shipment for warrantied parts. We will eat the shipping if we shipped a part in error.
LOST SHIPPED ITEMS:
Items that are lost or damaged via shipping is not the responsibilty of Exhaust Depot. We will however put in a claim with the shipping company and will award you what ever the shipping company is willing to refund.
It is up to the individual to request insurance for their packages at an additional cost. Most freight companys offer at the max, $100 for damanaged or lost items if no additional insurance is requested.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
It is the customers responsibility to pay duty fees or any other fees which are charged at the boarder. IF WE GET GET INVOICED FROM FEDEX ETC FOR DUDTIES NOT PAID BUY THE CUSTOMER, WE WILL CHARGE THAT TO THE CUSTOMER AS WELL AS ADD A 25% FILLING FEE!!!
All countries other than Canada will need to do a wire transfer due to the mass amount of international fraud scams.
