Being that the 7M-GTE Catalytic converter is very short in length, you can't utilize a universal cat. We at Exhaust Depot checked the market for a resonable cat and could not find any. The only only bolt-on cat for the 7M-GTE was well over $250, so we decided to make our own. Our Cat is a complete bolt on piece and comes with new gaskets. It's a full 3" diameter and is rated at 6000lbs which is equivalent to the exhaust capacity of a 5.9L diesal engine! This will bolt on to your stock and aftermarket downpipes as well as all cat-back systems. Expect, quicker spool ups and an increase in power with only a 5hp difference between an off-road pipe and our cat. This will make you street legal and it will pass CA smog checks and Emission testing. 3" Gaskets are $10 for the set. If you want then indicate it under the notes section when you order. |
